AKA The One Where Bridget and Maria Become Best Friends and Talk About LIFE. The boys took a week off from the podcast, which left Bridget and Maria to bond extensively over their love and hate for the new sci-fi movie Life – directed by Daniel Espinosa. Bridget brings up some Would You Rather questions and geeks out hard over Calvin the Alien, and Maria masterfully manipulated Bridget into liking her more than Sam.
Question of the Week: Answer the Would You Rather questions and give us new ones for next week!
Since Hollywood isn’t planning on slowing down with the remakes and Kong: Skull Island is now in theaters, the gang talks about the movies they think merit a remake. We also discuss what should be considered when remaking a franchise or a standalone movie, from respecting the original story to the style the director chooses to portray it. If you stick around long enough, you will hear Maria and Sam basically screaming out all the things wrong about Kong: Skull Island. Don’t worry. No one was harmed during the rant.
Question of the Week: What is your favorite movie remake? What movie do you think deserves a remake and why?
Additional Question: What is your favorite pick for our new podcast name?
With Bridget off duty this week, the lovely Jenny Pan joins us all the way from Canada to talk about the Oscars Fail, Logan and a quick round of Would you Rather? We also discuss Disney’s announcement of Lefou’s sexual orientation in the Beauty and the Beast remake. If that weren’t enough, Sam comments on your comments as some of his impersonations.
Question of the Week: Does it matter at all if the Academy messed up? What do you think of the whole ‘first LGBT character’ in a Disney movie?
In honor of the Oscars, Now Conspiring shares their favorite movies that have taken home the golden statue for Best Picture. Before we mention our top five picks, we find out where Adonis has been hiding and why Sam has beef with Bridget. We switched this week from playing Would You Rather to chatting quickly about some foreign films we have recently watched.
Question of the Week: What is your favorite Academy Awards Best Picture winner? Also, if you have any foreign film recommendations, let us know!

Question of the Week: What voice should Sam do for an entire episode? What would you rather us ask when we play “Would You Rather?” What Netflix show will you be watching soon?
