as soon as Imitation Game is playing nearby I am NOT missing it!
Awesome show as always guys. I saw Exodus this weekend and I too was a little disappointed. The action was great, but the acting felt more dialed-in than a payphone.
I thought Imitation Game was sort of boring TBH and Oscar Bait. Some good scenes, but nothing to get thrilled about.
Really?? Oscar bait? Come on it was way better than you’re saying. Cumberbatch was incredible. The pivotal scene was near-perfect. Did we watch the same movie?
I really enjoyed how the article delves into the trailer for Inside Out and the reviews of Exodus: Gods & Kings and The Imitation Game, offering both the excitement of animation and the weight of historical drama. The contrast between Pixar’s creative introspection in Inside Out and the more contentious storytelling in Exodus and The Imitation Game sparked some interesting reflections. Overall, the piece made me reflect on how trailers set the tone and how reviews help us dig beneath surface impressions. Looking forward to reading more of this kind of thoughtful coverage.
