Of course, we covered tons of movie news, trailers, and speculation you may have missed this week, and our Netflix Recommendation of the Week has been signed, sealed, and Adonis’ed.

  1. Great podcast all! I absolutely love Kayla’s artistic rantings lol. The movie that defined my childhood has to be Disney’s Robin Hood.

  2. Surprise, surprise, Jon’s #1 was Toy Story. Okay fine it’s mine too.

  3. It’s always exciting when I see a new episode of Now Conspiring in my podcast feed because I really like hearing everyone’s opinion and I also love how everyone works off each other. Even with just three of you, it’s still amazing! I think my childhood defining movies would be:
    5. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
    4. To Kill a Mockingbird
    3. Tim Burton’s Batman(1989)
    2. Any Pixar movie from 1995-2004
    1. Star Wars Episode 4

    • All good picks. You sir have impeccable taste.

  4. You guys are so awesome. Ahem, my childhood movie is Oliver and Company because it gave me my dream to move to New York City 😀

    • That’s funny, that movie caused me to avoid NYC at all costs as a kid. I mean…could you imagine all the animal feces just…just lyin there on the street?

  5. I’ll have to go with Pirates of the Caribbean, even though you were all probably 30 by the time that came out.

  6. Am I the only person in the world who thinks Toy Story is overrated? You guys should see the Honest Trailer. Anyway, my FAVORITE childhood movie is Smart House.

    • you like to live dangerously

    • You sir or madam, have just reawakened my nostalgia. Ok, it was always awake.

  7. Um, is someone going to help that baby?

    • If you listen close, Jon asks if anyone has an idea, and the baby makes a noise.

  8. Wow, the new Star Wars Rogue One movie actually sounds good now. Is that the same movie with boba feet?

  9. PODCAST MVP: Kayla the Rhythm Savage for finally questioning all of these movies out there refusing to include dinosaurs.

    • I’m giving it to Jon for the “friends” app thing. I legitimately laughed out loud.

    • I tried Adonis’s Netflix Pick and was pleasantly surprised! He’s got my vote gang.

    • Kayla. The dinosaurs thing was awesome.

  10. My favorite childhood movie would have to be Kickass 3.

  11. Jurassic World was SO GOOD. If I saw someone snap chatting that movie I would have uninstalled THEM.

  12. The movie that defined my childhood was Gremlins, but I will always be partial to a little diddy called Romancing the Stone.
