Hey everyone! Welcome to The Pixar Detective, a serial novel I put together based on the Pixar Theory. The following is a fictional story that explains the theory that all of the Pixar movies are connected and exist within the same universe, using original characters and artwork. The story answers a lot of questions you may have about this theory, but through its own ongoing narrative.
The story originally launched in April, and since then we’ve finished Part 1 and Part 2!

PREVIOUSLY, ON THE PIXAR DETECTIVE!
Stevin Parker and the mysterious Cara are still trapped in the distant future of Earth, where garbage is the only thing left to look at. While trying to make their way to a warehouse with some answers, they ran into Atom, a probe claiming to be from a ship in space.
They led him to a grove that provided him plant-life, but he quickly turned on Stevin and Cara, shooting them without asking any questions.
Later, Stevin awoke in a strange, unfamiliar room. While trying to escape, he came face-to-face with none other than Willem, the Hexagon agent who chased Stevin and his friends through time.
It’s a chapter full of intrigue and revelations. Enjoy!

It’s strange because I’ve studied your theory inside and out, and I was STILL not expecting what you revealed toward the end. Like my mind is in pieces right now.

I’m glad that I finally got to read how Alec got turned into a rabbit. That’s been bugging me for a while now, even though I figured that’s what happened. I didn’t realize that Willem is Gill from Finding Nemo. I guess their names are close enough. Gill is probably Peaches’ nickname for Willem.
I only today realized that Shelby Forthright is in Wall-e. I thought he was a character made up for this novel. Now I’m even more impressed with your ability to take characters from the movies and put them in the novel.
Really great story.
Glad I was able to do it well! Sometimes I worry I’m writing the characters incorrectly, and it’s a fine line to be sure.
Fun fact about Willem. “Gill” from Finding Nemo is voiced by Willem Dafoe.
That’s why I realized that Willem was Gill.

I totally did not see most of that coming, and I’m usually good at that kind of stuff. I know I’ve said it before, you Jon, my man, you are a genius. I’m just feeling all of the feelings right now =)
A BRILLIANT chapter with twists galore. I am so happy BnL finally showed up, and they surprised even ME! I just thought that they will be a corporation looking for global domination, not a cover up to secure a perfect future for Forthbright. They would be excellent Doctor Who villains. Made me question the purpose of everyone in the story. This definitely the climax of this part. Great work guys, I can’t wait to see what twists happen in the end so that I can find better ground on my rumored spinoff.
Speaking of the spinoff, I am typing the first chapter, writing the second, and thinking about the third chapter of my spinoff. It will be 9-11 chapters and will be in the same timeline in the Pixar Detective, even having some characters of the show.
Here is what I am thinking about. Someone could add on and/or I make more. Titles TBD
1. Monster Zombie: Alex, Shelia, and Welles(AKA the trio) begin their journey by fighting off a horde of Monsters and Zombies, while telling everyone’s origins and what happened to all the monsters after Monsters Inc. and University
2. Animal War:The trio enter the animal war against BnL to uncover a mystery about BnL’s mysterious origins and secrets
3. Election of BnL:The trio arrive at the 1936 presidential election and reveal that in the year after the “Hexagon Incident”, nothing is what the history books say it would be (Alec Azam might appear in this chapter)
Unknown Date-Interstellar Heroes:Alex’s mother working for UNIT and Alex’s stalker friend crash into the trio and get teleported into a spaceship claiming they are attacking San Fransokyo as a revenge act (May or May not be a 2-parter)
Finale (Unless I want to make another part)-Frozen Fire Cascade:The Frozen Fire Cascade could be the story arc. All I know is that this is the trio’s most dangerous adventure and they find the prodigiously powerful Frozen Fire, and the story it possesses. (This WILL be a two parter)
this sounds like a awesome sequel. where will you post it after you finish each chapter.? just wondering so i can read it
Don’t know yet, I don’t have a lot of accounts, and I do not know much sites that post stuff. What sites do you recommend?

Why not ask Jon Negroni whether you can post it here on his side.
It is cannon with his stories anyway and it would be easier for us, the readers, to find your story.

My spinoff locations are set and my chapters now have definite locations. There is also going to be 10 chapters in my spinoff (There will also be a part 2, but lets focus on part 1). The concept is the trio (Alex, Shelia, and Welles) getting captured by a man named Rack, who is the captain of a mysterious ship, and the trio must recall their adventures they encountered in a time and space adventure.
I will tell you more (and more specifically about the chapters) when I get home from school.
I am back from school, now lets talk spinoffs. I had told you about the concept and told you I found the locations. Here they are

Have any other ideas? I would like to see more options just in case I am not satisfied with Wattpad.
I might also want to publish my spinoff one chapter at a time. Maybe a couple days after finishing each chapter.
I’m from Portugal and greatly appreciate their work. I have the first part saved ( and translated ) and wonder if there will be a fourth part. after you finish THE PIXAR DETECTIVE, you will continue with these ebooks ?
I don’t think he will be making a fourth part, but I am making a spinoff series with new characters and more locations, even though people from this series are making cameos or special appearances. I don’t know where to post it, but I am thinking Wattpad. Info on the chapters/episodes are in my comments.
