Why I Love Valentine’s Day (Even Though I’m Single)

I wrote this article for Scryptwriter, a new content writing website I started for aspiring writers (maybe you?). Anyway, I wanted to share this piece about Valentine’s Day in particular because it is definitely something important I have to say about a holiday that I consider vastly underrated.

  1. Once again, I’m going to have to agree with you completely on this topic. I love Valentine’s day especially the unromantic side of it. I love, like you said, how it’s a holiday to celebrate another person. I also love all the other things that come with it. Maybe it’s just the holiday spirit in general.

Also, the Scryptwriter site seems absolutely amazing. I’ve been scrolling and reading through the content and I’m sure to come back often. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about it.

(Also, thanks for the follow.. it means a lot since you’re my absolute favorite blogger)

    • Wow, thanks Aileen! I truly appreciate the positive feedback. I’ll make sure to keep it going strong, and I have a talented (and growing) group of writers helping me do just that.

  2. I’m loving what I’m reading on Scriptwriter! It seems like an amazing website. I’ll definitely be following along, and maybe one day I’ll try out writing something and submitting it. I always love receiving help and feedback! :)

  3. This article really amuses me: this year I wrote essentially a hate article on Valentine’s Day, but you make such excellent points in this one that I can’t help but agree with your point of view on it. :P
